One method that can be used to overcome the problem of production delays which causes the production target is not to be achieved is using the Nawaz Enscore Ham method. The application of the Nawaz, Enscore, and Ham methods with the Shortest Processing Time (SPT) and Longest Processing Time (LPT) resulted in a decrease in mean flowtime and lateness of 1.56% and a reduction in makespan of 23.79 hours with LPT and SPT obtained the value of Efficiency Index ( EI) is 1.01563.
