Legal and judicial protection of the principle of Continuity of public health service

Abstract

Public service is a concept that has evolved over the decades and is considered one of the foundations and existence of the state, and its continuity means the continuity of the state and the reason for its existence. Indeed, the public health service as an essential component of the public service must operate in accordance with the principle of continuity in order to provide vital services linked to one of the fundamental rights, namely the right to life and the right to health and for this reason we find them framed by several legal and judicial tools of protection and which have been further strengthened with the appearance of the Covid19 pandemic.
