Abstract
Nowadays Perú has not a NREN (National Research and Education Network) also named advanced network. In past Perú had one named RAAP, connected to CLARA (Latin American Consortium for Advanced Networks) since 2005 but till 2017 when it was disconected from CLARA and therefore from the world. In this work authors proposed a new backbone topology for advanced network for Peru looking for the entire integration of universities and research centers in the country. In order to get funding a test concept must be delivered to international investors. Just as a test concept a network management emulation was executed in order to show how could it be when Peru be reconnected to the advanced networks in Latin America through CLARA. As part of the requested test SNMP vs Syslog was executed to get a kind of benchmark when managing the proposed network. A problem appeared due to economic restrictions, when using limited computers and software with usage restrictions, so that problem was solved using a GNS3 cloud environment running emulation in two physical computers interconnected in a peer to peer network.
如今Perú已经没有了NREN(国家研究和教育网络)也被称为先进网络。
