Abstract

On the basis of analysis of characteristic curve and operation theory of the PV array, a method of MPPT named CVT (constant voltage tracking) is produced. A model based on above idea is established and simulated under the environment of saber software and a lower power photovoltaic (PV) system with simple structure is designed in this paper.
