Abstract

Human Resource in the organisation is reshaping their skills. In the present scenario the old skills are now being replaced by the new ones. This is the new outlook for the HR leaders, according to the study done by Gartner A single job`s overall skill set is growing by 6.3 percent yearly, and new capabilities are replacing obsolete ones.
