The impact of the PCS, proposed cooperation scheme with association policy on outage probability, and ASE are numerically evaluated. Numerical results show that considerable improvement in outage performance of MBS tier is obtained using proposed PCS. Moreover, applying PCS results in degradation of outage performance of FBS tier. Abstract
