Zur Kontinuität der Trieblehre in der Spätphilosophie J.G. Fichtes. Bemerkungen über die »unendliche Modifikabilität der Freiheit«

Abstract

This paper aims at questioning the „continuity“ of the so-called Trieblehre through Fichte’s philosophy. First of all, the paper inquires into the function and status of the concept of drive (Trieb) during the Jena period. The paper shows how the concept of drive should be connected to the concept of feeling (Gefuhl). Results of that inquiry are then confronted to some selected extracts of Fichte’s latest philosophy (particularly in the late theory of image). The paper finally demonstrates how the theory of drive in all of Fichte’s philosophy plays a decisive part in his theory of freedom.Ziel dieses Artikels ist es, die „Kontinuität“ der sogenannten Trieblehre in der Philosophie J.G. Fichtes zu untersuchen. Zuerst werden die Funktion und die Stellung des Triebes in der Philosophie der Jenaer-Zeit aufgezeigt. Dadurch legt der Aufsatz dar, wie der Trieb im Zusammenhang mit dem Begriff von Gefühl gedacht werden muss. Danach werden die Resultate dieser Untersuchung mit einigen Abschnitten der Spätphilosophie (mit Schwerpunkt auf der späten Bildlehre) konfrontiert. Es wird schließlich bewiesen, dass die Trieblehre die gesamten Fichte’schen Philosophie durchzieht und auch ein entscheidendes Element seiner Theorie der Freiheit darstellt.
