The research subject is the research and development product test subject which consists of the target user subject, namely students as the subject of needs analysis and expert subj ects as expert assessors of the developed product. The students who were the subject of the needs analysis consisted of 181 students from the 2018 and 2019 batches. While the expert subjects were 2 guidance and counseling lecturers. Abstract

This study aims to produce an innovative learning model according to the needs of students in understanding theoretical concepts in Group Guidance courses. The expected learning innovation is a case method learning model that can provide automated responses to students in online lectures.
