Abstract
In this paper, novel procedure is developed to synthesis a switching controller for asymptotic stabilization of networked control systems (NCSs). The NCS is modeled as a continuous-time switched system with input time-delay; then utilizing an appropriate switching Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, a sufficient condition is derived to determine the controllers' gains in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs). Illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the outperformance of the proposed approach compared with the rival methods in the literature.
