DEFINITION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES IN FORECASTING STRATEGIC CHANGES

Abstract

Identification of existing trends in the innovative activity of business entities is an important component of the process of forecasting strategic changes in order to strategically manage their activities. Innovative activity is manifested through innovative processes — the activity of creating, mastering in production and promoting various kinds of innovations to the market. Eliminating the causes and factors that have a negative impact on the level of innovation activity of Russian enterprises contributes to the creation of favorable conditions for the development of innovation activity in the country. This approach can be implemented through a systemic impact on the main constraining factors, primarily through the initiatives of the state, medium and large business. The use of modern mechanisms of strategic planning and forecasting as tools for the implementation of innovative projects based on strategic alternatives will contribute to solving the problems of sustainable development of enterprises, regions, and the state as a whole.
