The production engineering of products: A partnership of high tech companies with universities

Abstract

Modern approaches in the field of staff training in design and manufacturing of electronic facilities based on the end-to-end design concept, which includes design and debugging of production processes using computer-aided design software are discussed. Standards which are used by designers and technological process planners in their professional work are also one of the key approach elements in staff training. A good opportunity for useful volume of work performance of production engineering in reasonable time could be cooperation between enterprises and universities.
