Abstract

With the rapid development of computer and information technology, Electronic Commerce has been booming. In the process of Electronic Commerce transaction, the contradiction between the effective legal protection of personal data and its transmission has become increasingly prominent. In order to strive for balance between the privacy protection and the information circulation, first master the main idea of the personal information, then take the measures of ensuring the security of account passwords and other personal information, finally take such measures in accordance with the corresponding laws as the strategy for verification security of the Web user account password, the self-discipline of the merchants at the merchant level, the self-protection of consumers at the consumer level and so on.
