Abstract

In the recent days, since the epidemic spread of diseases, sterilization has become very important. Atmospheric pressure plasma jets which are used locally and effective results for sterilization procedures are popular. In this study, we produced atmospheric pressure plasma jet with helium flow and used for sterilization of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
