Abstract

This article is devoted to the description of the concept of well-being of employees of organizations. The place of this concept in the categorical apparatus is determined, the difference between the concept of "employee well-being" and "corporate happiness" is analyzed. The main aspects that make up the prosperity of the staff are established. The most important "zones" of well-being have been identified.
