The main aspects that make up the prosperity of the staff are established. The most important \"zones\" of well-being have been identified. The ratio of theoretical and actual responsibility of employers, the state and the employee is investigated. A set of measures to ensure the implementation of the corporate happiness of employees is described. The question of the main standards in this area is disclosed. Abstract
This article is devoted to the description of the concept of well-being of employees of organizations.
