Evaluations of the administration of university knowledge are being done to contribute to the environmental security with a holistic perspective of public administration. Abstract

This investigation focuses on the importance of University Cooperation. In order to analyse and achieve such cooperation in all strategies and policy projections for sustainable development we have applied an holistic conception of the environment, structural violence, and the importance of environmental education to face the impact of climatic change.
