This proposition is in consonance with the National Policy on Education (NPE) in Nigeria that provides for specific goals of secondary education. Though open to private and corporate participation, the educational sector is regulated as such; proprietors have set roles and obligation while running and managing Secondary School. Faith/Church based institution with evangelism as topmost rely on charity of missionaries in sustaining Secondary Schools rather than school fees.
