In order to control the scale of unbalanced funds in the market, this paper comprehensively considers the coupling relationship between the scale of unbalanced funds, the decomposition results of government-authorized contracts, the quotation strategy of power generation entities and the results of market clearing. Based on this, a decomposition method of the government-authorized contract is constructed considering the influence of power generation side quotation strategy. Abstract
Under the background of China's vigorous promotion of electricity market reform, how to solve the market unbalanced expenses under the planning and market mode is an urgent problem to be solved.
