Abstract

Prepositions and Politics Summary The author argues with S. Westfal’s thesis (1936) that the use of expressions na Litwie, na Litwę instead of w Litwie, do Litwy is an expression of intellectual superiority. She presents the results of a corpus- based analysis of these expressions and makes recommendations, how they should be used nowadays due to the political correctness.
