A new computing network for location of evolving faults on over transmission line (OTL) is focused in this paper. The algorithm is obtained from fuzzy logic tool box and is worked on the currents, voltages and impedances at one side terminal. The three phase current and voltage data of OTL are simulated by MATLAB based software. These are processed through different tools for fault location. It is effective to compute the correct location of evolving fault and error is kept within 0.43 percentage. The results confirm that the network is not affected by the alterations in fault types, locations, inception angles and resistances.
