Methods: Systematic review method used in this study on 15 scientific articles with limitations of publication time in 2016-2021. Four databases were included in this review such as Scopus, Ebsco, Pubmed, and ScienceDirect. Journals were selected based on predetermined criteria and a critical appraisal process was carried out. The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal tools were used to assess the bias study.  Results: The results of the analysis of scientific articles were known that internal factors of nurse intention to leave were nurse age, education level, and job stress factors. While, an external factors that affect nurse intention to leave the hospital were work environment, job satisfaction, the relationship between nurse and manager, social support and organizational commitment. Conclusion: In conclusion, the factors that influence the turnover intention of nurses based on the results of a systematic review are job dissatisfaction  and organizational factors.","PeriodicalId":385095,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kesehatan dr. Abstract

导读:护士离职意向是医院的解决问题,因为护士离职意向每年都会发生,如果不处理可能会继续增加。离职的原因很大程度上与职业实现程度、组织因素、威胁工作场所等因素有关,导致员工缺乏留任的灵感。目的:分析护士离职的外部因素和内部因素。方法:本研究采用系统综述法,选取2016-2021年15篇有出版时间限制的科学论文。本综述纳入了Scopus、Ebsco、Pubmed和ScienceDirect等4个数据库。期刊是根据预先确定的标准选择的,并进行了一个关键的评估过程。使用乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)批判性评估工具评估偏倚研究。结果:科学文献分析结果表明,影响护士离职意向的内部因素为护士年龄、受教育程度和工作压力因素。而影响护士离职意愿的外部因素为工作环境、工作满意度、护士与管理者的关系、社会支持和组织承诺。结论:基于系统回顾的结果,影响护士离职意向的因素是工作不满意和组织因素。
