Data analysis was carried out descriptively and parametric statistics using One-Way Variance Analysis calculated with SPSS software version 16.0 for windows. The results of the study concluded that: First, the method of processing land kale leaves in the form of fresh, boiled, steamed, and sauteed gave different results in decreasing Pb levels, and second, Preparation of student worksheet materials from the results of research on the effect of processing water spinach leaves. land to Pb levels has two process dimensions, namely: the scientific process dimension from the measurement results and the scientific process dimension from the observation or documentation.
