Abstract
This paper presents maximum-likelihood estimators (MLEs) for carrier frequency offset (CFO) using frequency-domain and time-domain channel estimates. Cramer-Rao lower bounds (CRLBs) are derived and examined for the cases of same and different successive OFDM symbols.
