This study used qualitative approach with narrative research method and the research design used was a multi-site study, where first site is SMA Negeri 1 south Halmahera and second site is SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha where the locus located in south Halmahera district. The results showed that 1). The teachers innovative work planning at the two research sites was compiled through a process consisting of two stages, problem identification and alternative problem-solving option. Establishing teachers’ innovative work development plan and applying the principles of deliberation and consensus, 2). The implementation of innovative work of teachers at the two research sites based on the predetermined work plan and is supported by managerial behaviour in the form of providing motivation, communicating face to face and through the electronic medium such as smartphone and supported by teacher behaviour in the form of being committed to achieving innovative work development goal, 3). Supervision of teacher innovative work consists of three types of supervision which include before, during, and after the implementation of the teachers’ innovative work development plan, 4). Abstract

南哈马黑拉地区SMA Negeri 1和Labuha地区SMA AL-Khairaat教师的创新工作管理(多地点研究)
本研究旨在了解1)南哈马赫拉州SMA Negeri 1和SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha教师的创新工作规划,2)SMA Negeri 1 Halmahera和SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha教师创新工作的实施情况,3)SMA Negeri 1 Halmahera和SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha教师创新工作的监督情况,4)SMA Negeri 1 Halmahera和SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha教师创新工作的评估情况。本研究采用定性方法和叙事研究方法,采用多地点研究设计,其中第一个地点是SMA Negeri 1 south Halmahera,第二个地点是SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha,地点位于Halmahera区南部。结果表明:1)两个研究点教师创新工作计划的编制过程包括问题识别和替代问题解决选项两个阶段。制定教师创新工作发展计划,运用协商一致原则;2)教师创新工作在两个研究点的实施,以预先确定的工作计划为基础,并以提供激励的管理行为为支持;3)教师创新工作的监督包括教师创新工作发展计划实施前、实施中、实施后三种类型的监督,即教师创新工作发展计划实施前、实施中、实施后的监督;4)教师创新工作的评价是通过测量、比较和采取管理行动三个阶段的评价过程来进行的。
