The method used in this research is literature study. The results of the study indicate that the success of a group or behavior is closely related to the behavior of individuals and leaders in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Individual behavior will affect group performance, and group behavior will shape organizational behavior that has an impact on organizational performance. Abstract

In meeting the needs of life, humans must interact with other individuals as the beginning of the formation of a group.
