There is including decisions related to monitoring risk dynamics, the modernization of electrical equipment, the use of surge protection. Abstract

The relevance of increasing the efficiency of organizing and conducting repair and restoration work of overhead power transmission lines during lightning storms is associated with the need to increase the uninterrupted operation of the electrotechnical complex of outgoing lines.
