The study data were obtained by questionnaire technique. The survey was applied to 227 forest engineers working in the Regional Directorates of Forestry in the Mediterranean and Aegean regions. While preparing the questionnaire, scales for job satisfaction were used and adapted to forest engineers. SPSS statistical program was used in the evaluation of the data obtained and research hypotheses were investigated within the scope of management style, nature of the job, promotion, wages, additional opportunities, awards and allowances and communication factors.
