Analysis of Scrum Metrics in Indian SME's

Abstract

Before using scrum methodology in software industry, software projects were chaotic and unpredictable. As a result of the processes that are best suited to well-defined problem areas cannot manage such software projects. It has been seen that with very detailed user interface designs, specifications and plans, develop the software seems different from its original intent, as customer needs change frequently. The scrum metrics are very important for analyzing performance of the management of software in an industry. A survey of 40 SMEs from Indian software industry has been done to analyzing the use of Scrum metrics. In the proposed work and all result-evaluation has been carried out in MATLAB.
