Abstract

Advanced nuclear power standards system is a new type of nuclear power standards system composed of all kinds of standards in the nuclear energy field. At present, the research results of the two stages of the subject and the achievements of nuclear power standard construction in recent years are scattered. 先进核电标准体系平台建设研究
先进核电标准体系是由核能领域各类标准组成的新型核电标准体系。目前,本课题两阶段的研究成果和近年来核电标准建设的成果比较分散。有必要建立单一的核电标准数据库,对核电领域的标准和各种研究成果、报告、过程文件、数据等数据库进行处理和开发,为广大核工程科技人员提供一个良好的数据环境。为巩固先进核电标准体系研究成果和核电标准数据,核电标准体系应用支撑平台采用创新的SaaS云服务模式,以流程引擎和知识地图技术构建基于互联网的云服务平台。通过信息化与标准化的融合,规范标准化过程,提供方便快捷的信息服务,大力拓展核电标准化的参与范围和各方参与的深度,实现自主、行业参与、动态更新的标准体系管理模式。
