Supporting the Screening of Corporate Acquisition Targets

Abstract

This paper discusses the screening of potential corporate acquisition targets from the acquiring company perspective. A structured process to screen acquisition targets using both, financial and non-financial data and a developed prototype DSS to support the screening process are presented.
