Abstract

This paper proposes two new circuit topologies for active-switched inductor boost qZSI (ASLB-qZSI). Higher boost factor capability by utilizing same number of components, less ripple of input current in comparison with ASLB-qZSI can be achieved in both proposed inverters. The proposed inverters have continuous input current with negligible ripple and common ground between load side and DC source. The prototypes of the proposed inverters were examined to validate the features of proposed inverters.
