Abstract

The dependences of the spacer force and feedback gain on the current value of the friction coeffi cient are found, for which an adaptive friction coupling with a variable gain value has a theoretically ideal load characteristic. It is proved that the real way to increase the coeffi cient of multiplicity of increasing the rated load capacity of the coupling is to increase the number of friction pairs of the friction group.
