Abstract

By analyzing the competency requirements of cross-border e-commerce talents for the current industry development, hierarchically extract the corresponding posts and its required abilities in cross-border e-commerce industry, and build the talent evaluation model of cross-border e-commerce based on the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), then calculate the sorting weight by using PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm, calculate the maximum vector for judgment matrix in AHP model to get the ranking of weight. 基于AHP-PSO的跨境电商人才评价模型研究
通过分析当前行业发展对跨境电商人才的胜任力需求,分层提取跨境电商行业相应岗位及其所需能力,基于AHP(层次分析法)构建跨境电商人才评价模型,然后利用粒子群优化算法计算排序权值。计算AHP模型中判断矩阵的最大向量,得到权重排序。本文还给出了实际数据,用于验证跨境电商人才评价模型的可行性和有效性,以指导跨境电商人才的培养,也为企业在招聘时提供评价参考。
