In order to alleviate the pressure of small and medium-sized enterprises, the state has introduced a series of tax and fee reduction policies, how to make full use of these policies to tide over the difficulties? Many catering outlets are not allowed to do so and have difficulty in dovetailing with them, and are in dire need of detailed and professional help. 促进和优化中小餐饮企业减税降费政策研究——以北京市为例
随着中国经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对餐饮的需求日益增加,对餐饮质量的要求也不断提高。餐饮业的发展对就业和民生起到了很大的作用,但在发展中也存在很多问题。即使在客源充足的正常年份,餐饮网点的经营也不容易。当前疫情叠加的经济下行是一个特殊情况,成本和税收负担的上升将影响餐饮网点的盈利能力。为了缓解中小企业的压力,国家出台了一系列减税降费政策,如何充分利用这些政策渡过难关?许多餐饮网点不允许这样做,很难与他们对接,急需详细和专业的帮助。本文首先分析了近年来餐饮行业作为一个整体,论证了其在经济发展中的重要地位和作用;其次,以北京市为例,对餐饮网点相关税收优惠政策进行比较,采用问卷调查和实地访谈的方式,了解餐饮网点享受相关税收优惠的情况,为一般餐饮网点的经营提供节税解决方案;最后,分析了平时的税收负担和税收优惠,为中小微餐饮网点提供了减税的解决方案,以减轻其税收负担。
