Abstract
We propose a dynamic model of an active mode-locked gas laser and present a detailed experimental investigation of an argon ion laser dynamic behavior. We have drawn the diagrams of dynamic regimes in the parameters planes and have demonstrated some of new regimes of periodic instabilities.
