Abstract

Numerical studies of the electrodynamic properties of the Fabry-Perot resonator with coaxial-sector apertures and waveguide loads in mirrors have been performed. The possibility of obtaining the circular polarization of the electric field in the volume of the resonator is revealed. It is shown that the polarization of the electric field in the resonator volume can be controlled by changing the distance between the mirrors or the length of the shorted waveguides of one of the mirrors.
