The results obtained with both evaluation methods were similar, agreeing on the characteristics which influence the relevance and quality of the web images. Abstract

The growth of the Web has been exponential in the last two decades. Currently, the WWW offers a large volume of information and services. Although the user has access to this profusion of information, there are different levels of quality in the information and its publication, which highly influences the understanding. In this paper, we have attempted to establish a relationship between the relevance of web images and their quality.
