Smart City Indicators in ASEAN Cities

Abstract

This study proposes the dimensions and indicators required for planning and implementing a smart city in ASEAN. Smart city dimensions and indicators have already been proposed in the EU and other countries and used in urban planning, but there are still limited examples of their application in ASEAN cities. Based on a survey of existing papers, this paper proposes indicators in ASEAN cities and discusses priorities.
