Development of Public Social Discourse on Gender Policy in Security and Defense Sector

Abstract

The article discusses the certain aspects of the women’s service and work in the units of the security and defense sector. The author cites the experience of introducing gender equality into the work of special services of foreign countries and informing the public about the results of such good practices. It also notes the need to attract more women to work in the field of information security.
