Relationship of Intellectual Capital to Dynamic Capabilities in Village Credit Institutions

Abstract

The focus and point of view on this study was the ability of organizational resources (research Base Value/RBV). It was related how the dynamic capability of an organization, especially the village credit institution from the intellectual capital perspective. This research was conducted to get a new update on how the unique configuration of intellectual capital can enhance the ability of companies to empower their dynamic capabilities in order to win the market for the micro finance sector in Bali.
