Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров в образовательных учреждениях как важнейшего направления деятельности Следственного комитета Российской Федерации. Оценивается качество образования с учетом его практической направленности и выполнения следователями функции уголовного преследования. Автором анализируются формы и методы обучения будущих следователей, отстаивается необходимость возвращения к традиционной системе образования. Рассматриваются вопросы практической подготовки современных кадров в системе Следственного комитета Российской Федерации. The article deals with the issues of training highly qualified personnel in educational institutions as the most important area of activity of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The article assesses the quality of education, taking into account its practical orientation and the performance of the function of criminal prosecution by investigators. The author analyzes the forms and methods of training future investigators, defends the need to return to the traditional education system. The issues of practical training of modern personnel in the system of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation are considered.
