Firstly, we use the web crawler technology to obtain the online comment data of household medical products from the e-commerce platform, and then mine the product features concerned by users from the comment text, which provides designers with the main design elements of household medical products. Then the product features are clustered by different topics, and finally the user attention degree of product features with different topics is calculated. Abstract

基于用户评论挖掘家用医疗产品设计元素
随着人们健康观念的转变、亚健康人群的增多以及人口老龄化的加剧,家庭自我保健在中国医疗体系中的比重逐渐提高,家用医疗产品的普及势不可挡。由于缺乏对家用医疗产品用户需求的研究,现有家用医疗产品使用不方便、造型不美观的问题逐渐显现。因此,挖掘用户的真实需求,研究用户对产品的满意度是非常必要的。本文采用用户在线评论挖掘技术,挖掘中国用户关注的家用医疗产品的特点和设计元素。首先,我们利用网络爬虫技术从电商平台获取家用医疗产品的在线评论数据,然后从评论文本中挖掘用户关心的产品特征,为设计师提供家用医疗产品的主要设计元素。然后对不同主题的产品特征进行聚类,最后计算不同主题下产品特征的用户关注程度。研究发现,不同类型的家用医疗产品用户对不同主题的产品特性关注程度不同,但康复类产品的产品特性在用户关注程度上与治疗类产品相似。
