Abstract

The article presents the ninth publication in a series of research projects launched by the Pro Agricultura Hargitae Universitas Foundation, in which the authors explore the regional problems of food economy. This is a topic that will be a key component of the agricultural innovation process in Szeklerland in the coming period.
