Kruskal algorithm of the minimum spanning tree is directly introduced for the flat terrain to plan the oil pipeline, and the plane shortest path algorithm is used to plan the control system by MATLAB. For the wind farm with complex terrain, the large areas are divided according to macro-geomorphology and then classified according to micro-geomorphology, so that the scheme design of optimal position of oil pipelines and control system is carried out after analyzing the actual situation.
