The results of hypothesis testing (simple linear regression) showed an effect of ETL on OCB-E in manufacturing industry employees in South Sulawesi with R 2 = 0.29 and p < .001. Abstract

Some manufacturing industries primarily focus on economic growth rather than their social and environmental consequences. Manufactures require the role of employees in developing Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCB-E). One of the antecedents of OCB-E in the manufacturing industry is Environmental Transformational Leadership (ETL).
