Abstract

This article posits that Kunle Afolayan’s directorial experimentation in October 1 had socio-political underpinnings. Among others, it X-rays the directorial style of Kunle Afolayan and initiates a syncretism of Afolayan’s directorial experimentation in October 1 and the sole objective of  galvanizing the masses towards a radical socio-political change.
