The intermediate relationship of self-efficiency between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship intention

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate how emotional intelligence affects entrepreneurial intention and to examine whether self-efficacy acts as a mediator variable in the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial intention. Questionnaire meth-od was used as the research method. It was applied to undergraduate and graduate students studying at the Department of Business Administration at Yıldız Technical University between the years 2021-2022 with the convenience sampling method.
