The 2020 coronavirus pandemic and related isolation have limited many of the activities of students. The aim of the study was to study physical activity and sedentary behavior of students at two stages: before and during isolation from coronavirus. The a (alcohol, tobacco, etc.) that are currently especially relevant for Columbia students. Observations were made in order to obtain the necessary information, as well as to carry out its analysis. The most important variables were physical activity and time spent sitting at home or at work, obtained through the collection of information published by Colombian universities and the Minister of Higher Education of the Republic of Colombia. It was found that during the period of forced isolation, weekly physical activity did not decrease, but the sitting time increased significantly.
