LEGAL FRAMEWORKS OF TACTIC ACTIONS CONSTABULARY IN THE CONDITIONS OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Abstract

The article deals with problems in the sphere of management and action organization of The National Police, being  a  part of a specialized Civil Protection Service of enforcement of public order in emergency situations – that is realizations and providing of rescue and salvage operations, evacuation and etc. The need for improvement of the legal and organizational mechanisms for the provision of effective performance of specialized  Enforcement of Public Order Services in case of emergencies according to the main tasks of the Service.
