The Executive Authority in Morocco in the Light of the 2011 Constitution: Between the Dominance of the Royal Institution and the Participation of the Government: Analytical Study

Abstract

This study deals with an approach of the nature and role of the two sides of the executive authority in the Moroccan political system. In drawing, directing and framing the general policies of the state, which necessitated the extrapolation of a group of the chapters of the last constitutional document and its comparison afterwards with previous constitutional experiences.
