In Slovakia, apart from the administrative prices and the market prices, there is a new type of prices, so-called „supply price“. Abstract

Abstract After the end of the transition period for the purchase of the agricultural land by foreigners, the legislation regulating the acquisition of the agricultural land was adopted for the purpose of harmonization of the Slovak legislation with the legislation of the European Union.
